A typical session is approximately 55 minutes. Special arrangements can be made for shorter or longer sessions or packages of sessions. Please be sure to set up your session before purchasing sessions. If you need or believe you should get a doctors recommendation, or a physical therapist recommendation before working with Adam, it is recommended you do so. Although Adam's masters work is in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, he is not a physical therapist and the scope of his practice does not include physical therapy, injury diagnosis, or injury treatment.

7:30AM-8:45AM, (break), 9AM-10:15AM (live class), Brunch Break, 11:15AM-1:45PM, (beak), 2PM-4PM.
Participants are expected to purchase the appropriate manuals, have a place to focus and practice with the group during group hours. Participants are also expected to be able to access the sessions and information online. To obtain credentials, credit hours and recognition of completion, in persons, on-line, live attendance is expected. Some execptions will be made for minor absences, review of recorded materials and make-up hours will be expected (make-up hours of live attendance may have to be of other materials).
